Shipping Policy

We deliver to all areas in South Africa.

Upon receiving your order, products are picked from our warehouse and forwarded to BonBlom for packaging. If the items are in stock and payments are cleared, they will be handed to our courier within 2 business days of your order placement.

Deliveries to valid South African addresses generally take 4-7 business days, based on your location. For orders below R1500, a delivery fee of R150 is applied at checkout. Please be aware that shipping charges may adjust with fluctuating fuel prices as determined by couriers. Currently, we ship exclusively within South Africa. For deliveries outside of South Africa, customers should make their own arrangements.

While we provide delivery estimates based on our courier’s guidelines, there can be exceptions which might alter the delivery times.

Should there be any delay exceeding the expected delivery time, we’ll notify you via the email you provided.

Important: Orders that include bundled products may need an extra 2 business days to deliver. Products from our Cape Town suppliers might also require an added 2 business days. Any such delays will be communicated clearly to you.

Be advised that during public holidays or festive periods, deliveries may experience extended timelines due to increased demand and courier limitations.

We utilize Fastway and The Courier Guy for our deliveries. Deliveries are made to the address you specify at checkout. Occasionally, we might use RTT couriers for shipments directly from our suppliers.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email for all shipments through Fastway or The Courier Guy. For orders sent via RTT Couriers or dedicated supplier drivers (major centers only), a tracking number may not be available, but we’ll keep you informed about your order’s status.
