Thank you for your interest in the products and services of BonBlom Online.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from BonBlom Online (the “Physical Goods”).

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Manufacturer Warranty Period, BonBlom Online will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

BonBlom Online will either replace or repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, as set out by the Manufacturer’s standards & service facilities.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from BonBlom Online is determined by each manufacturer from the date of purchase. Please refer to manufacturer’s website for warranty information on products. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by (but not limited to):

  • conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear
  • accidental damage
  • products being disassembled by any party other than manufacturer or approved repair centres
  • consumables and materials which have been opened and/or used (e.g. paper, vinyl, blades, ink cartridges, pens, etc.)
  • products damaged by irregular power supply, power dips / spikes, loadshedding, lightning and defective electrical connections. It is your responsibility to make sure that your products are insured with your insurer of choice in case of power / lightning damages. Ensure your products are connected to certified power outlets (with surge protection). It is also recommended to connect your products to a certified & maintained UPS (uninterruptable power supply).

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You can contact us per email on hello@bonblom.co.za with a full description of the problem being experienced.
